Carole Bower, M.A., P.C.C.-Supv. has been in private practice since 1993, and opened 3C Counseling & Consulting Services in 2001. She holds an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.  Ms. Bower has additional training in Marriage and Family Therapy and Play Therapy for children.  Special areas of interest and expertise are adoption and attachment (R.A.D.)

Carole is E.A.G.A.L.A.-certified in the use of the Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy model, and in 2005 began H.A.P.P.E.N.I.N.G.S., an experiential outdoor therapy program utilizing horses for producing insight, growth and change in clients.  Carole provides training seminars for public Children’s Services and private foster care agencies throughout Ohio.  She is married with four children, two of whom were adopted cross-culturally.

Mr. Symons is available for counseling appointments in his office in Landen-Mason, Ohio.

Julia A. Groh, M.A., P.C. is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She is devoted to helping people recognize their own gifts, skills, resources and potential in personal and relationship goals. Julia also has experience integrating spirituality with therapy for those clients who have an interest in this area. After many years working in the corporate arena, Julia returned to her love of helping others help themselves.

Julia holds her B.S. in Social Work from Xavier University and her M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from The Athenaeum of Ohio. Julia enjoys life with her husband and two sons. At 3C Counseling & Consulting Julia works with individuals, couples, families and children coping with ADD/ADHD, divorce, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief & loss and other life changes and is available to work with you at her office in Landen-Mason, Ohio.
